That day after your vacation ends, it really brings you low. No more eager anticipation, no more relaxation, no more caloriefests justified by the mere fact that you are on vacation. I am trying to find ways to get myself more motivated as summer draws to a close. I think the best way to do so is to make a list of new things I want to try. Whether it is trying a new restaurant, learning an instrument, or maybe even going to a movie alone, it doesn’t matter the “what” of it all. I feel like the summer is so busy that I put a lot on the back burner, including finding new ways to make myself happy. What ways do you get yourself back into mental (and physical!) shape after a vacation?
