Nervous Habits

Oh adulthood! Sometimes it can be so stressful you feel like you are going wake up to a thousand ulcers! Since I have graduated from college I have noticed a few worsening nervous habits. When I get anxious I start chewing on the inside of my mouth. Not good. Sometimes when I am in bed trying to sleep, I realize that I am doing it and it keeps me from falling to sleep. I also have issues with grinding my teeth at night-my dentist even made me a mouthguard since one side has been eroded noticeably. Yikes! What things do you do when you get stressed? Any other people have to wear mouth guards at night? (It is better than headgear though. I can speak from personal experience.)
