Kayaking

kayaking

After kayaking for the first time over the Fourth of July holiday, I now love it! The lake at our cottage in Wisconsin has an eerie calm after 4 pm (No Wake after 4 under penalty of death from the DNR…okay, more like a fine or strongly worded warning) so after that you can take to the water. Being out on the water has a calming presence; maybe it is because I have been going to our cottage since I was born. I am at the cottage this weekend so I can’t wait for some kayaking adventures! Maybe adventure is too strong of a word…more like kayaking relaxation times! That doesn’t have quite the same ring to it though.

Any other fans of kayaking out there?
