Weird Quirks

This summer, I’ve been in the car a lot traveling between North Dakota, Minneapolis, Marshall (Minnesota), Omaha, and our family’s cottage in Wisconsin. Because of this, I’ve been reminded of a weird quirk I have whenever I am driving or in the car for long periods of time. I always read signs (ones that tell you how far cities are, ones for restaurants, billboards) or even words on trucks and count the letters on my fingers (not just in my head). If the letters add up to 5 or 10, I’m good. If it doesn’t, it bugs me and I look until I find one that fits the pattern. I don’t know what it is, but it’s something I subconsciously do! I’ve never really thought much about it but I recently brought it up to Kevin, thinking I couldn’t be the only one who did it. I was like “have you ever done that?” and he laughed and said no. So I guess it’s just me!

Anyone else have any weird quirks that not too many people know about?
