I can’t resist a cocktail, especially if the one in question is sweet, fruity, and could possibly be served with an umbrella in it. I am never going to be that person who just sips on scotch over ice (because 1) I cannot stand the taste of whiskey and 2) I am not a Bond villain). In Cancun, I always went for the tropical drinks. I liked being able to deceive myself into thinking that I was making a somewhat healthy choice (that ounce or so of fruit juice counts, right?). I found this recipe online that is similar to one I had at the resort in Cancun. Enjoy! And make an extra one for me. Never mind, I will be making myself one.
